Screening Log

The screening log records screening of all subjects who entered the process, and the outcome of the screening. It should provide a comprehensive list and is required for observational and interventional clinical research studies.

The screening log demonstrates the investigator’s attempt to enroll a representative sample of participants. It is shared with outside entities such as the sponsor, and thus should not have any identifying information.
