The 41st Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference (JPM Conf.) was held January 9-12, at the Westin St. Francis hotel in San Francisco, CA. This premier conference is one of the industry’s largest and most informative healthcare investment conventions, connecting global industry leaders, emerging fast-growth companies, innovative technology creators, and investment community members.

Recap of Vial’s Hosted and Sponsored Events at JPM
Our Vial team wasted no time kicking off unique networking events to show the JPM Conf. crowd who we are. Here’s a quick day-by-day review.
Days One & Two
On Monday and Tuesday, Vial hosted multiple morning “sweat sessions” at Barry’s Bootcamp. The Bootcamp sessions were a huge success, with 100 attendees combined. Guests enjoyed a private group workout session with the Vial team, featuring 30 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill and 30 minutes of weightlifting in Barry’s signature Red Room. It was the perfect way for guests to prepare their minds and start their day ahead of the hustle and bustle at the JPM Conf.
Vial also sponsored several other events at the conference, including the East-West Healthcare Reception, where Vial’s CEO, Simon Burns, made welcome remarks, and the Redpoint Luncheon, which +25 guests attended. Vial also sponsored and participated at the General Catalyst Healthcare Reception at the Commure HQ, where guests enjoyed an evening of drinks and great conversation with industry leaders.
Day Three
On Wednesday, Vial hosted a Happy Hour at our Vial HQ, which over 100 guests attended. Our team is still reeling! As a thank you, we gifted our guests custom Vial branded BrüMate Hopsulator Slim cups and provided car service outside the event to take guests home or to their next destination. We had a fantastic time meeting so many innovators in the biotech and healthcare space.
Days Four & Five
Throughout the JPM Conf., Vial was actively involved in several other concurrent conferences, including the Biotech Showcase and the Investor Conference for Innovators, where Vial’s Simon Burns presented on Vial’s CRO products and services. Additionally, we successfully hosted over 55 private meetings with sponsors and vendors.
